Another one bites the typewriter. I’m pleased to announce that I’ve completed another novel. It’s a fantasy book, set in Biblical times, with all the lovely cliches you can think of. Heroic warriors, the Book of Revelations, the Number of the Beast, Armageddon, everything, and then some. Plus, there’s a lovely story, too.

This one took a while. I started writing it sometime in the spring last year, and only completed it just now, although I’ve only actively spent about two months hammering on the keyboard. Roughly 70K words, more or less. But my pace was somewhat slower than normal, especially because I had to do quite a bit of research on what happened back in them olden days. I ended up becoming an expert on history, archeology and theology, all at the same time. You may call me Indiana Jonesic. That’s a mighty pun.

Anyhow, the way I planned things so far, this work probably won’t be out at least until 2016, and possibly even 2017, as there are several other books planned beforehand. But I will try to peddle it to various agents and publishers, and if they like it, it might see the light of the day much sooner. We shall see. Stay tuned, it ought to be interesting.
