Dear readers, I am happy to announce the publication of my latest book, Darkness. It is the second volume in my zombie-themed novella series Humanz, told in first-person from a perspective of a … zombie. Darkness follows our nameless protagonist, as they struggle with persecution, mistrust, bickering and power games, the ongoing-war with the humans, and worst of all, the slow and inevitable end of their half-dead existence.
Dear readers! Darkness, the second volume in my somber, zombie-themed, first-person, dystopian novella series Humanz, will be released very soon! While you impatiently wait for the book to hit the proverbial, figurative and literal shelves (literal, geddit), maybe you want to check out the dope cover? Art created by legendary Anton Kokarev, styling and design by Andrew Leon Hudson.
Hello Darkness my old friend. Yup, the name of the second book in my dystopian, first-person zombie novella series is – you guessed it right – Darkness! Following on the somber premise laid out in the first book – Decay, Darkess continues the story of humanz. And there’s an amazing cover, too, once again conceived by the kickass artist Anton Kokarev.
Feeling dystopian? Excellent. Then you will want to know I’m hosting a Kindle Giveaway for my first-person zombie-themed novella Decay on Goodreads starting May 28. This means two weeks time from now, sharp, you can chance winning one of the 100 copies of this little book, the first installment in my semi-apocalyptic series Humanz. Hear hear.
Hear hear, the hordes of the dead are coming upon us. I have just received my print proof of Decay, a first-person zombie novella, and it is looking gorgeous. Dope art, sweet matte cover finish, which adds to the intended feeling of bleakness. Behold.
And so it begins. A book must have a cover. A book must have a name. Proudly presenting my upcoming zombie-themed novella, Decay, installment #1 in the Humanz series. Told from the perspective of a zombie, in first person. Did I mention the kickass cover?
Ladies and gentlemen, embrace the inner living cadaver in you. Year 2017 has started, and that means I am going to publish a new work. It’s not going to be a sequel to The Amazing Adventures of Dashing Prince Dietrich just yet, because Dick is a character than needs to be sampled in small doses. it’s going to be a brand new book. Zombies. First person. From a zombie’s perspective.
This time, it’s the zombie novella. Overall, it took me about two weeks of active writing to finish it. Well, maybe less. But finished it is. Now, it’s not a great body of words, only 14K, but for the first installament in a crazy series, I guess it’s cool enough. You might wonder what’s so special about this zombie piece that you haven’t seen anywhere else before?
