Hello friends. Today, you shall be reading an article of mine. However, it’s been posted elsewhere, on someone else’s blog. Why? Because we few, we happy few, we the authors of the upcoming Ecotones anthology, the fruit of the SFFWorld.com loom, have decided to a bit of a blog tour swapsies, and we are sharing each other’s stories.
If the title of this post looks familiar, this is because my article today is a reference of another article. Namely, Wendell, the guy behind a very custhy book review and author spotlights website Bookwraiths, has just published a piece focused on older, overlooked, under-appreciated speculative fiction books. Better yet, he asked some – of his favorite – authors for their opinion.
My benevolence knows no bounds. Sort of. For real. Well, now that the Goodreads giveaway is over, I thought you might appreciate some free book deals on Amazon. Oct 21-22, Pacific Time, The Forgotten, the third book in The Lost Words series, will be free for download. But wait, there’s more.
There, done! The fourth and final volume in The Lost Words epic saga is finally available, both paperback and Kindle editions. The Humbled brings the interwoven stories of your favorite characters to a conclusion. There will be no more books in this series. It’s done. Whatever you read on the last page will not be resolved, and questions left unanswered shall forever remain a mystery.
I am going to announce the imminent release of The Humbled in just a few short days. The keen-eyed among you will already be able to find what they want and need, if they want. For the rest, here’s a couple of sample chapters, to give you the taste of the fourth and the final, I repeat final volume in The Lost Words series. Spoilers galore.

Hello guys. Here’s a quick update. The Humbled is almost ready. There is still some work left to be done, and I will have to re-read the final proof one more time, and fix all the little spelling errors that sneak in ever so, ahem, sneakily, but we’re coming ever closer to the publication date. To wit, the fine and new and all dandy cover.
Nine years of Dedoimedo means nine days of free books. I am delighted to announce the ninth birthday of my main website, to wit, we are going to have nine days of literary partying. The three books, The Betrayed, The Broken, and the Forgotten will each be available for three days on Amazon, free of charge and in reverse order.
There. I’ve just initiated the process for publishing the fourth and the last volume in The Lost Words series. With some luck and hard work on my end, as well as that of my publisher, we should see this book go live in about 3-4 months. Oh, by the way, the book name is The Humbled. Nice, right?
Another one bites the typewriter. I’m pleased to announce that I’ve completed another novel. It’s a fantasy book, set in Biblical times, with all the lovely cliches you can think of. Heroic warriors, the Book of Revelations, the Number of the Beast, Armageddon, everything, and then some. Plus, there’s a lovely story, too.
