Well, well. I am in the process of writing the last six chapters in the fourth and final book of The Lost Words series. As you imagine, the plot is very much complete, but that does not mean all the stories have been fully resolved yet. In fact, there is still time to kill a few more of the main characters. That’s a must, no?
Several days back, due to my endless benevolence, I decided to offer both The Betrayed and The Broken for free, for just one day. It turned out to be a very fruitful day, for both you and me. Anyhow, without too much blathering, let’s check out the results.

I will not bother you much this time. We are going to have a fairly short article today. Anyhow, The Broken, the second book in my epic fantasy series, The Lost Words, has receives its maiden reviews on Amazon. Two to be exact, with the first one being sort of a placeholder by a happy reader telling us she will read more. Not bad.
Long time no write, so here’s a cushty little update. It’s been two months since I have declared the last book of the series to be underway. Indeed, two months later, book four is approx. 40% complete. I have already written 22 chapters, with approximately 90,000 words all total, so we have a fairly decent daily average of about 1,500 words a day. Not bad. But it gets better.
Hi guys, some good news. The Kindle edition of The Broken has been released. And while Amazon are still setting up some of the fine details here and there, the book is available for purchase and use, at a very affordable price, I might add. So if you’re interested, and you very well should be, please hop over to Amazon and do your thing.
Remember that song by Sabrina, Boys Boys Boys? Well, it’s the same thing here, really, only completely different. Anyhow, after several weeks of waiting, some bureaucracy delays, some more waiting, a bit of hustling, pushing, shoving, and arguing with various clerks, I finally got my promotional shipment of books. They are here, the handsome load some 50 kg in mass, or weight, if you will. This means the moment the Limerick competition is over, I will be mailing the books to the lucky winners, as well as the last year’s brave participants.
Well, it’s a simple decision really. I have reduced the prices of both The Betrayed and The Broken, so more people get the chance to buy the books and read them, you know. Now there’s such a thing as a minimal price, which must cover the printing and shipping costs and such. In turn, this means effectively limiting the print distribution, so it won’t include some of the less popular third-party stores and libraries, but I think it should be worth it. While I cannot compete with the standard mass market paperbacks, the discount is still rather handsome.
