The year is 1990. I’m twelve years old. I have just finished writing my first book; 199 crisp pages, spanning two A5-size notebooks, all scribbled by hand.
The year is 2018. I’ve decided to publish this book!

For those of you wondering what be happening with the latest slash upcoming SFFWorld anthology Welcome to Pacific City, focused around the theme of Heroes & Villains, well wonder no more! I mean, I’d like to give you an update on where we stand. Andrew Leon Hudson has just posted the table of contents for the anthology.

Several weeks ago, I hosted my first Goodreads Kindle Giveaway with 100 copies of Prince Dietrich. So far, it seems like a valuable experiment. And this is why we’re going to have another giveaway! This time, The Betrayed, the first book in my epic, complete four-part series The Lost Words.

Simson. Delilah. And a dragon.
I am starting the publication process for my upcoming novel, I Shall Slay the Dragon!, a standalone biblical-mythology fantasy book staring the original Romeo & Juliet cast, the original femme fatale, and the beast. The End of Days, Gog and Magog, it’s all there.

Yes! The Kindle Giveaway Program has finally gone live on Goodreads! I have been waiting for this for 18 months! But never mind that. To business. I am giving away 100 Kindle copies of The Amazing Adventures of Dashing Prince Dietrich. The event starts on January 24 and runs through February 14. Innit to winnit, right?

It’s the end of the year as we know it, it’s the end of the year as we know it, and I feel benevolent. Commencing December 18 through December 31, ALL of my Kindle format books will be free for grabs on Amazon. D’you hear? All of them! Different books on different days, but in essence, you get two full weeks of free giveaways. Now that is what I call a holiday gift.
A happy moment has descended upon us. I’ve finished writing my hardcore military adventure drama book. Give or take three months of active writing, roughly 90K words, it is complete. Locked and loaded. Ready for action.

That that of year again. Anthologies! SFFWorld.com is running a brand new anthology project, and this time, it’s bigger and more complex than ever. It’s not just a collection of short stories. It’s a shared world. And it’s happening in a fictionalized metropolis on the west coast of the USA. The theme? Heroes & Villains.

Hear hear, the hordes of the dead are coming upon us. I have just received my print proof of Decay, a first-person zombie novella, and it is looking gorgeous. Dope art, sweet matte cover finish, which adds to the intended feeling of bleakness. Behold.
